Spaghetti “aglio olio e peperoncino”

Ingredients for 4 people
- 320g spaghetti
- 1/2 cup Principe di Gerace extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/3 cup Principe di Gerace bruschetta flavored extra-virgin olive oil
- 3 garlic cloves, peeled
- 1 tablespoon red fresh pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup ground toasted bread
In a large pan, heat the extra virgin olive oil and the bruschetta flavored extra virgin olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped garlic and saute until light brown. In order not to burn the garlic remove the pan from the stove. Add the red pepper flakes.
In a large pot, bring to boil water and add salt. Add pasta and cook until al dente for about 6 to 8 minutes. Drain pasta reserving a cup of the pasta water. The reserved pasta water will help create the sauce.
Turn on the stove, place the spaghetti into the pan and mix carefully add the reserved pasta water and stir to combine. Before serving top with the chopped parsley and springle the ground toasted bread on each plate.
Tipps: if you like very hot taste you can add more fresh hot chili
