Fruit Crumble

Preparation and cooking time: 50 min

Ingredients for 6 people

  • 450 g of seasonal fruits (apples, pears, blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, plums, peaches,etc.)
  • 170 g all-purpose flour
  • 70/100g of brown organic sugar
  • 90 g of Principe di Gerace organic extra virgin olive oil
  • ground cinnamon 


Mix the flour with extra virgin olive oil and brown sugar until the mixture is grainy, like large crumbs. Store in the refrigerator for about half an hour.
Peel the fruit, cut into small pieces and place in a bowl. Add sugar and cinnamon and mix well. Pour on a greased pan and top over with the pastry mixture to cover fruit well. Bake at 180°for about 30 minutes or until golden.
Serve warm.

Tipps: you can serve the crumble with two tbsp of vanilla ice cream
